1. Overview

This policy explains what data aMA collects, how we use it, and how to control it. It applies to everyone who creates an account.

2. Information we collect

Account info (email, password hash), brand profile info (business type, location, atmosphere), photos you upload, and usage data (generations run, features used, device/browser info).

3. How we use it

To run the service (generate your assets), manage your subscription and billing, improve aMA, and contact you about your account.

4. AI processing & third parties

Uploaded photos and brand details are sent to our image-generation and payment providers solely to deliver the service. We don't sell your data to third parties.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.

6. Data retention & deletion

History is retained per your plan (7 days on Starter/Standard) then deleted automatically. Deleting your account permanently removes your brand profile, photos, and generated assets within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Children's privacy

aMA is intended for business use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email where required.
