Terms & Privacy

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using aMA, you agree to these Terms. If you're using aMA on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

aMA generates marketing images and captions for food & beverage brands using AI. Outputs are suggestions — you're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Free trial is a one-time allowance and doesn't renew. Starter and Standard renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods. History is kept for 7 days after cancellation, then deleted.

5. Acceptable use

You won't use aMA to generate deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission.

6. Your content & generated content

You retain ownership of photos you upload and of the images/captions aMA generates for your brand. We don't guarantee generated content is unique or free of third-party rights — review before publishing.

7. Our intellectual property

The aMA name, logo, and underlying software are owned by LCube Studios. These Terms don't grant you rights to our brand or technology beyond using the service.

8. Third-party services

We use third-party providers to process payments and to generate images. Your use of aMA is also subject to those providers processing your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

aMA is provided "as is." We don't warrant that generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LCube Studios isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of aMA.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll post the new version here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LCube Studios is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
